By submitting my deposit, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Nail services involve tools, chemicals, and enhancements that may cause irritation, lifting, breakage, or other reactions. I have disclosed any known medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. I understand The Pretty Nail Bar and Shana Cureton are not responsible for reactions from undisclosed conditions, including pregnancy. Refunds are only issued if the salon cancels my appointment. Repairs are complimentary for up to 3 days after service. After that, repairs are treated as a new service. Nails are guaranteed for 3 days only if I follow the aftercare instructions. Improper care voids the guarantee. Normal wear, tear, or trauma is not grounds for a refund or free repair. ☑️ I have read and agree to the General Client Service Waiver and Salon Policies. Working after hours or on my days off is an additional $25 added to the service. 3 or more repairs WILL BE CHARGED AS A FULL SET. I DO NOT do fill ins over someone else work, we can soak them off and start fresh with me. Book the service u need, the site books based on the time of the service. $10 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK. If u wait 4 or more weeks to get a fill in, it WILL BE CHARGED AS A FULL SET.
